Semi-Finalists at Canadian Legion #163 Doubles Tournament
Our coaches, Jon and David recently entered a Doubles tournament at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #163 in Hamilton on the weekend of November 9th 2019. After a few tough matches they ended up in 3rd place overall, following a hard fought semi-final against strong opponents. The format of this tournament was that each round consisted of a brutal, one-frame only match where mistakes can be punished very quickly so consistent technique and shot selection is key. Congratulations for representing our Academy so well!!
