Our Process

In addition to being fully qualified in their respective disciplines, our coaches follow the Academy’s own “EASI-CUES” process which provides a structured, consistent approach to learning. With this process, each student will benefit from the same level of service, regardless of which course, which level or which instructor they choose. Summarize: Every individual lesson and assessment comes with a written report summary typically sent to you within 24 hours. This enables you to absorb more information than is possible just in the lesson itself, and gives you more chance to reflect on your lesson later on when it comes time to practice.

 

Explain: Every step of your technical development is explained in a clear and precise way. We follow structured curriculums and ensure that you are comfortable with each level before progressing further.

 

Understand: We are always listening and will make note of any specific instructions or concerns you are having with your game. By understanding your needs we are best placed to help you achieve your goals

 

Coach: Our Professional, Qualified Coaches are Police Background checked, and have undertaken Canadian Centre for Child Protection Training to provide safe, focused lessons in a consistent manner. They will provide the highest level of technical tuition in a courteous and relaxed environment to ensure you have an outstanding experience.

 

Interview: Each lesson starts with a discussion about the goals of the day, along with learning about any struggles or issues you are having with your practice sessions. This allows our Coaches to tailor your development specifically to you.

 

Schedule: Our online booking system makes it easy to book a lesson with us that suits your schedule, and we work with many clubs all around the Toronto GTA which provides you with the ultimate flexibility.
